On January 11, 2023, the "BCHM Field Mixed Emulsion Explosive Truck" jointly developed by Hunan Jinshi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan Yueyang the Nanling Mountain Civil Blasting Service Co., Ltd. passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal organized by the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. The experts of the appraisal committee unanimously believe that the technology of the project has reached an "international leading" level.

      The BCHM on-site mixed loading emulsion explosive vehicle adopts a servo driven material conveying system to achieve intelligent adjustment of charge density. The density of explosives in peripheral holes, cutting holes, bottom holes, and from the bottom to the hole mouth can be adjusted as needed, greatly reducing the amount of explosives and achieving smooth blasting. The use of a heavy-duty telescopic arm loading platform makes construction more convenient, with a large loading capacity and a wide working range, making loading operations safer and more efficient, suitable for loading construction in mines, tunnels, and tunnels. Especially when using lithium iron phosphate battery electric drive technology, it has no exhaust emissions, low noise, low usage and maintenance costs, is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving. This project has obtained 3 invention patents and multiple utility model patents, and published 1 SCI paper.

Professor Deng Anjian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chief Engineer of the Nanling Mountain Civil Blasting Equipment Co., Ltd., Wu Lingyi, Chairman of Hunan Jinshi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., Tang Xiuyong, General Manager of Hunan Jinshi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., and Liao Zhenshu, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Nanling Mountain Civil Blasting Service Co., Ltd. in Yueyang, Hunan attended the appraisal meeting. The appraisal committee is composed of seven national senior experts in civil explosives, including Yang Zuyi, Qiu Chaoyang, Wang Yuesheng, Cao Changcheng, Wang Jianguo, Chao Guangyan, and Liu Yuxing.
